Delivery in Metropolitan France, Andorra and Monaco by Colissimo.
The delivery cost is 5 € for an order under 25 € and free for an order over 25 €.

Tracking of orders
As soon as your parcel is taken care of by the Post Office, you will receive a parcel number by email. This number allows you to track your package via the tracking module offered by the Post Office, accessible here.
In case of impossibility to leave your parcel in your mailbox, the Post Office will leave a notice of passage in your mailbox and you will have to recover your parcel in the indicated post office.
Loss, theft or destruction
Waniche cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to packages during delivery. In case of important delay or of stop of the follow-up of delivery, we invite you to contact the service Colissimo of the Post office by providing you with your follow-up number. In case of damage to your package that could have damaged its contents, we invite you not to accept the package because of this damage. Any accepted parcel will be considered as conform and will not be subject to a return procedure.
