Returns

Our return policy is very simple: love our products or return them within 14 working days.

Products must be returned in their original packaging in order to be refunded. Consumable products are not eligible for a refund.

On our proposal, you can also choose another method of refund.

In accordance with legal provisions, within 14 days of receiving your product, you may exercise your right of withdrawal. You do not have to justify any reasons or pay any penalties. Except for return costs, which remain your responsibility, we will refund you the full amount paid no later than 30 days following your withdrawal. In accordance with legal provisions, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made to order, according to the consumer's specific specifications or on audio, video or computer software recordings unsealed by the customer.

To proceed with the refund of your order, simply contact us by email or through our contact form, providing us with your order number and your desire to withdraw.

We cannot pay for return shipping costs. We offer free shipping on purchase, but not for returns.
